While shopping at a grocery store like any ordinary customer, she begins to drift into a heightened, imaginative headspace where everyday sights take on a sensual, surreal quality. Ordinary items — such as fruit — and brief interactions with store employees and fellow shoppers trigger moments of fantasy as she dissociates from her surroundings. Excellent comedic skills, but able to play this character as painfully deadpan and real.
